Lovely little trot but ended up 6k with frat legs

Fartlegs probably not spelt that way far klieg ferkleg or something like that means (incase you are not a runner...) speed work or some such thing and there was a lot of that on this run but good for staming, speed and other stuff apparently. Followed by a killer spin session tonight but still no goal,......
